Experience yoga in a whole new way! Floating on water! This is a fun way to explore your balance, patience and your inner child. Sup yoga is about having fun! You don’t need yoga or paddle board experience. I will give you a lesson on the basics of Sup and off we go! The ability to fall off your board into water is so childlike and rejuvenating. Open your mind to the playful aspect of Sup yoga and come enjoy a paddle yoga practice with me.
