Chakra means “wheel” or ‘disc” in Sanskirt. We have seven major chakras running strait through the core of our bodies down our spine. We also have numerous other chakras, but we will primarily be working with the major ones. These seven chakras are where the energies of our body come together. When in balance they should be spinning in a clock wise motion. Through out the course of one day your chakras can be in balance, out of balance or stuck. They are independent of themselves, meaning one may be in balance, while the other is out of balance or stuck. During a session we will focus on the Root Chakra, Sacral Chakra, Solar Plexus Chakra, Heart Chakra, Throat Chakra, Third Eye Chakra and Crown Chakra. We will be using crystals, Tibetan singing bowls and chanting to balance your Ki (your energy).
